My New Years Goal is to lose weight. Not juts lose weight, but to get healthy. Eat better, exercise more. I am going to keep this blog to have motivation for myself, and hopefully find people who will follow me for support!

First Breakfast on diet.
I am trying to search what to eat, and how to eat because that is one thing that I have a lot of issues with, but until then I had a nice size orange for breakfast with a bottle of water. BTW a little you should know about me is that I work retail. Meals are so hard to control when you work certain shifts. Sometimes you miss meals or have to grab on the go. I am going to be packing my lunch/dinner whenever I can.

Hey Lacy! Retail definitely is hard for scheduling. I'd look into GOOD meal replacement bars (I actually think Nutrisystem's are the best I've ever tried and I have a very sensitive gag reflex), and keep some in your purse or car just in case you can't even get to what you pack... or if you forget!
Agreed with Sarah! I remember skipping so many meals or eating bites in between stock room checks!
Packing will def be your saving grace :)
