Feeling Good!

Hey Everyone!!! I hope everyone had a great weekend! I sure did. I know I didn't post yesturday, but my husband took me to New York City for the day! We left bright and early, drove to Newark, NJ and took the train over to The City.  I did SOOOO good for being there.  We stopped at McDonalds because Jamie [my husband] was hungry.  I got apple dippers and an apple juice :). For lunch I had a Hot Dog and bottle of Water, and then for dinner we stopped at Bubba Gumps! I had Coconut Shrimp, Diet Coke and some lemon water.  Everything was delicious, and the day was perfect!!

Today was a great day! I've been having some crazy cravings, just because Jamie was eating some cookies, and my brother had some chips.  I held my ground and said NOOO :) Today, Jamie and I also did our first exercise together.  We went to the park and walked/jogged 1.8 miles! I felt soooo good afterwards that I was ready to go back and do it again!

I am confident and feel good. I am only going to weigh myself every Sunday morning now. I am still only down 5lbs but that is better then going up 5lbs. I hope everyone has a great week!

Day Four

This is gonna be real short! I am so sick right now, just took some night medicine and am about to pass out.  All was well today! I can't believe that I am still on track :) Makes me happy! Goodnight Everyone, will write more tomorrow if I am feeling better!

Day Three

Good Evening everyone! Today was actually a really good day! After inventory lastnight and not getting home until after 1am I was exhausted! I had to be back at work at 9am, which I guess isn't so bad.  I had a 5-pc chicken nuggets from Wendys for lunch, with tons of water.  I am making a delicious meal with porkchops tonight.  I feel terrible because we had porkchops lastnight also, but I didn't want the other four I had to go to waste, and silly me forgot to split them up the night we bought them.  I lost 5lbs since Sunday!! I am feeling great, other then this stupid sinus cold I have going on :( I hate this cold weather, specially when I have to go out in it on a daily basis.  Good thing is I have only one day left of work until Monday afternoon! I am so excited to have the weekend off. What to do, What to do haha.

Day Two :)

Hey Everyone!!! Day two is going good so far, I had work this morning but now I am home and making brocolli and noodles with some cheese for lunch! Sounds not too bad to me? I am dreading this 30 degree weather but I think I am going to try a walk around my development! On Friday I am going to go to Planet Fitness and sign up! I hope everyone is having a great week!! The microwave is calling my name lol

End of First Day

Okay so I had a great first day.  I know it is just the first day, but you have to start somewhere! I had work today from 1-9:30 and for dinner I took an orange and a nutri-grain bar.  I have a split shift tomorrow so it will be easier to pack my lunch and eat healthier.  Thanks for all the support so far :)

First Breakfast on diet.

I am trying to search what to eat, and how to eat because that is one thing that I have a lot of issues with, but until then I had a nice size orange for breakfast with a bottle of water.  BTW a little you should know about me is that I work retail. Meals are so hard to control when you work certain shifts.  Sometimes you miss meals or have to grab on the go.  I am going to be packing my lunch/dinner whenever I can.
